Okay so i have been working out and i just recently got back to doing lose it as a serious partner to my work outs. Step aerobics. But lately I have noticed my body fat is turning into a jello form. While I like the idea of body building, I don’t care about being able to dead lift 20 tonnes or squat an african elephant.. mostly because it really doesn’t have any real-world application.

I just whipped up a delicious new (to me) smoothie that I can’t believe I didn’t think of before!
Peanut Butter Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 cup Dole Strawberry Banana Fruit Mix
8 oz Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened)
2 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
Throw it all in a blender and BAM! You’ll have a delicious and nutritious frozen smoothie that tastes like peanut butter ice...
