1. A little about this guy..

    Started @ 320lbs; achieved milestone @ 260lbs; Still working toward goal of 220 lbs. I’m at 232 as of Nov 18, 2010.

    In August I began working with a personal trainer she has completely shifted my views on nutrition and fitness. I would suggest that anyone who takes weight-loss seriously get a trainer, they will help you in so many ways.

    By day I am a web developer for a large children’s clothing company, and am also partner in a small side-business.

    Outside the 9-5 I backpack, cycle, walk everywhere, and weight train. I am also really into taking random interest classes, reading (non-fiction usually), and going on aimless road trips.
